New place, new possibilities, but also new rules and laws to follow. It's not always easy, but with the right guidance and patience you will make the most of it. This time we're inviting you for an unusual mix - we will have some chillout on the beach, integration workshops but also some useful lectures about labour law and rules in Poland.
We are meeting in Atelier Club in Sopot. From this venue, we'll all be able to admire the beautiful beach and even take our conversation on it. Moreover, to fully embrace the nature and atmosphere around us, we've decided to not include any digital presentation. This time everything will be offline.
Let's meet:
Alicja Powałowska-Goljan - our host and a speaker of the first half. She will break the ice and give us a presentation about the most important parts of labour legislation in Poland.
Born and raised in Gdańsk, she is deeply connected to the Tricity with all her heart. She has a background in law, specialising in labour law, which perfectly complements her professional experience.
Dominika Pul - she will conduct integration workshops, letting us meet new people and get to know each other even better.
Dominika grew up in the UK and has been living in the Tricity area for the past 11 years. For a decade, she built her career in business, mainly in the IT industry, collaborating with corporate clients. Today, her main goal is to support teenagers and adults in their personal growth and in discovering their own strengths. She values authenticity and relationships based on mutual understanding.
Do you want to come, but have to arrange care for your children? Don't worry! While you engage in meaningful discussions, your little ones (ages 3-11) can take part in creative, interactive activities designed to spark curiosity and joy!
Moreover if you have any special needs, just let us know during the registration. We will do everything we can to accommodate you so you can fully enjoy the event.
Networking and integration are always a crucial part of our events, that's why we've established half an hour for networking sessions after every other activity.
